    How to Refinish Hardwood Floors

    By qwcdirect | April 28, 2010

Do you want to refinish the hardwood floor? Well, there are a few steps you could follow. Mix well the polyurethane and then apply it to the floor using smooth and even stokes. Make sure that when stirring the polyurethane, you do it slowly and at all times avoid shaking it. This will prevent bubbles that usually appear during the finish.

The strokes should be even so that you avoid unattractive marks in the finish. The finish usually takes two to three hours to dry. All this depends on the brand that you are using. Ad another coat and allow it to dry through the night. Also take about three days to move back the furniture to avoid ruining it.
You will see a very beautiful flooring that will be much attractive than before. Following these steps to the best is the only way to achieve this and have a beautiful floor.
